Taylored Services provides individualized, patient, and structured childcare for autistic children — built by someone who understands the work from both sides of it.
Every family's needs look different, and so does every child's. My approach is built on real, hands-on experience — not just a general childcare background.
I'm Taylor. I'm also a mother of an autistic child, and that's really where all of this started — I know firsthand what it's like to search for care you can actually trust with your child. Alongside that, I bring a background in early childhood education and hands-on classroom experience as a teacher's assistant in a Montessori setting, where individualized, self-paced learning is the whole philosophy.
I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), trained in the structured, evidence-based approaches many autistic children benefit from, and I'm CPR certified for the safety of every child in my care.
Care built around structure, patience, and each child's own pace — in your home, on your schedule.
Flexible, one-on-one care in your own home, giving parents and caregivers time to rest, work, or run errands with confidence.
Sessions built around routine and predictability, incorporating the same individualized techniques used in RBT and Montessori settings.
Helping children build the confidence and tools to express their needs and advocate for themselves.
Practical, everyday skill-building focused on growing independence at a pace that fits each child.
A conversation up front to understand your child's routines, sensitivities, and communication style, plus ongoing support and advocacy along the way.
Consistent, familiar care around the school day and through school breaks, keeping structure in place even when the calendar changes.
A couple of paths to help cover the cost of care. Here's where Taylored Services fits in.
